I loved the location of this hotel! it was very close to the best spots in hoover and seemed safe and easy to get to

The location and surrounding stores. Everything we needed was practically close by the hotel location. So, the drive to our event we ahead was only a few minutes away.

The facility was very nice, our room was comfortable for our family of 6. The staff was extremely nice and was more than willing to meet all of our needs during our stay.

Location is great. East access and plenty of parking. Close to lots of food options and shopping!

They were the best! I came in they could not find my reservation, booking never sent it over. I got on the phone with booking and after myself and the manager, finally got booking to cancel my reservation free of change and the manger got my in a room fast and it was only $1 difference!
